Cherish Crown LLC ("Cherish Crown," "we," "us," "our") operates the cherishcrown.com website and the CosmoPaws mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account using Sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple User ID and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address (which may be a private relay address provided by Apple).

Pet data. You may provide information about your pets, including names, species, breeds, birthdays, and photos. This data is used to generate personalized horoscopes and compatibility readings.

Contact matching. If you choose to enable contact matching, we may access your phone number and, with your permission, your iOS Contacts to help you find friends on CosmoPaws. Phone numbers are sent to our verification provider (Twilio) for SMS verification. We do not store your contacts list on our servers.

Camera and photo library. With your permission, CosmoPaws may access your camera or photo library so you can upload pet photos or share video content within the app.

Usage data. We collect basic analytics about how you use the app, such as features accessed and session duration, to improve the experience.

Website visitors. If you visit our website or email us, we may receive your email address, message contents, and basic technical data (IP address, browser, device information) processed by our hosting and email providers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To generate personalized horoscopes and compatibility readings for your pets
• To enable social features like contact matching and content sharing
• To display curated pet products in the Shop tab (see Affiliate Links below)
• To send verification codes via SMS or voice (Twilio)
• To improve and maintain the app and website
• To respond to support requests

3. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Purchases

The CosmoPaws Shop tab contains links to third-party merchants. These are affiliate links, meaning Cherish Crown may earn a commission on purchases you make through them. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, the transaction is between you and the third-party merchant. We do not collect or store your payment information. The merchant's own privacy policy governs those transactions.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate CosmoPaws:

• Twilio — SMS and voice verification for phone-based authentication
• AI APIs — To generate horoscope content (pet data may be sent to AI providers in anonymized form)
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — For app and website operation

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services and are subject to their own privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We share data with service providers only as necessary to operate the app (as described above).
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@cherishcrown.com. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

CosmoPaws is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@cherishcrown.com and we will promptly delete it.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights
