Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the cherishcrown.com website and the CosmoPaws mobile application (collectively, the "Services") operated by Cherish Crown LLC ("Cherish Crown," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. The App
CosmoPaws is a free app that provides astrology-themed content for pets. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or premium tiers. The app is provided at no cost.
2. Apple's Standard EULA
If you download CosmoPaws from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to the extent it is not superseded by these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, these Terms will govern your relationship with Cherish Crown.
3. Account Creation
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. User-Generated Content
You may upload pet photos, videos, and other content ("User Content") to CosmoPaws. You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading, you grant Cherish Crown a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content within the app for the purpose of providing the Services. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that is obscene, hateful, threatening, or violates any person's rights
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of the Services
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
6. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Purchases
The CosmoPaws Shop tab contains affiliate links to third-party merchants. Cherish Crown may earn a commission on purchases made through these links. All purchases are made directly with the third-party merchant and are governed by that merchant's terms and conditions. Cherish Crown is not responsible for the products, services, or policies of third-party merchants.
7. Horoscope Content
Horoscope and astrology content in CosmoPaws is generated using artificial intelligence and is provided for entertainment purposes only. It should not be relied upon for making decisions about your pet's health, behavior, or care.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@cherishcrown.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Horoscope content is for entertainment only and does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cherish Crown LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (which is zero, since the app is free).
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
